1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the beta waitlist, opening a Flubi WhatsApp activation link, or using Flubi's WhatsApp-based language learning service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

Flubi provides a beta language learning experience through WhatsApp, including audio-backed lessons, dialogs, quizzes, reminders, progress summaries, feedback prompts, and account/support request flows. The beta is free and is intended to test whether users can learn through the WhatsApp-first experience.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 16 years old if you are in the EU/EEA, at least 13 years old elsewhere, or older if local law requires a higher minimum age
• You are responsible for your WhatsApp account and any activity under it
• You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass beta access controls, abuse AI/audio generation, interfere with security controls, or use the service for unlawful content
• You agree not to share confidential beta invite links or use another person's WhatsApp account without permission

4. Beta Availability

The beta may change, break, pause, or end at any time. We may limit access, disable features, remove incomplete lessons, or stop sending messages when needed for safety, reliability, legal, or operational reasons.

5. Learning Content and AI

Lessons, dialogs, translations, generated audio, quizzes, and AI-assisted features are provided for language-learning practice. They may contain mistakes or be unavailable during beta. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including lessons and audio, is owned by Flubi and protected by copyright.

7. Privacy and Account Requests

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can request account support, data export, deletion, reminder pause/resume, and progress reset through WhatsApp where available or by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flubi is provided "as is" and "as available" during beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
